Our firm opened its doors on 15th February, 2010.

Our current team is led by founder Afi Ventour de Vega, who has been in private practice for over fifteen (15) years and together the current team offers a total of over thirty-five (35) years of experience, ably assisted by its team of experienced paralegals and other professionals.
Senior associate Yurana Phillip, advises clients on intellectual property law, information technology contracts, civil litigation and other areas. While Nichole St. Bernard, Senior associate with ten (10) years in practice, represents clients in matrimonial matters, civil litigation including personal injury and insurance law. Afi, focuses on investment migration law, corporate and commercial structuring and advice, estate planning and offers general business solutions advice. Our senior consultant, Peter I. Forster Q. C, consults with the firm on larger corporate and civil litigation matters.
Over the past ten (10) years, we have been fortunate to experience the passing and amendments of legislation in the areas of property law, real estate, energy and company law, namely, the Citizenship by Investment Act No. 15 of 2013, the Possessory Title Act No. 23 of 2016 and the Conveyancing and Law of property Act No. 12 of 2018. Additionally, the Hydrocarbon Exploration Incentive Act No. 10 of 2017, the Tax Administration Act of 2016 and the repeal of the International Companies Act No.17 and the Offshore Banking Act No.19 of 2018 are a few legislations that we have seen implemented in the last ten (10) years.
